The intelligence of the motor soft start control system designAbstract:This topic is the research of asynchronous motor control system,it is simple structure,easymaintenance,low cost characteristics,is widely used in production and life,providing power for mechanicalequipment.For motor start,there are two common methods of direct start and buck start,however,these twomethods have many disadvantages,such as high impact current,affecting the surrounding equipment,etc..However,with the development of soft start technology and Frequency converter technology,theseshortcomings have been improved one by one.Soft start and frequency converter start gradually replace theoriginal start-up mode.The motor soft start intelligent control system of this design,the use of PLC as theintelligent control system,used to control the frequency converter,to monitor the system will start controlcentralized,make the operator more convenient operating system,to achieve on-site process.And theapplication of frequency converter also has great advantages.It can adjust the speed of motor according to thedemand of the field,change the output power,and make the scene more humanized.The design solves theimpact of the impact current on the power grid when the motor starts,and protects the surrounding powerequipment.And according to the simple and convenient characteristics of PLC programming,new equipmentcan be added to the system at any time to achieve unified control.Key words:Motor,soft start;frequency converter;PLC
