AbstractElectric vehicle charging pile is an important part of the new energy vehicleindustry.Electric vehicle charging pile as the necessary infrastructure supportingfacilities of electric vehicles,with the electric vehicle production scale is becominglarger and larger,the output is increasing,the current number of electric vehiclecharging pile has been unable to meet people's needs,increase the production ofcharging pile is imperative.Therefore,making technical breakthroughs in charging pile products for electricvehicles is a manifestation of meeting the market demand,and can also effectivelyimprove the defects of ordinary charging piles.This topic is based on two chip designmethods:AT89C52,and LM331.After determining the technology,according to theMCU knowledge and C language knowledge to jointly design this new type ofcharging pile,the use of current type control scheme,so that its balanced charging,does not affect the life of charging pile and electric vehicle.Innovative integratedcircuits are used to integrate the control chip with the high power tube.This topic willfocus on the charging pile hardware part of the test,through the input of all kinds ofinstructions to simulate,including the use of C language to complete the software partof the programming,in general,the design is based on the C language and MCUintelligent design.Key words:LM331;Single chip microcomputer;C language;Charging pile;Batterylife
