基于单片机的太阳能水箱的水位监测与温度测量系统设计DESIGN OF WATER LEVEL MONITORING ANDTEMPERATURE MEASURING SYSTEAM OFSOLAR WATER TANK BASED ON SINGLE CHIPMICROCOMPUTERAbstractAt present,some of the solar water tanks on the market do not have water levelmonitoring and temperature measurement,resulting in waste and embarrassment ofwater consumption.For example,the water tank is too full or no water can be knownin time,nor does it know the specific temperature.To solve these problems,thispaper introduces a water level monitoring and temperature measuring system of solarwater tank based on STC89C52 microcontroller.The system mainly consists of thewater level monitoring circuit HC-SR04 ultrasonic module,the temperature samplingcircuit DS18B20,the liquid crystal display circuit LCD1602,the alarm circuit,andthe STC89C52 microcontroller five modules.The system mainly realizes themonitoring and alarm of water level in the water tank controlled by STC89C52single chip microcomputer,and the temperature measurement and display,when thewater level is lower than the full water level of 3/10 and higher than the full waterlevel of 4/5,the alarm is issued.The experiment shows that the water level test results of the design system areaccurate,and the results of the water temperature test are also consistent with theactual temperature,which is mainly attributed to the precision of the ultrasonicmodule and the high precision A/D conversion of the temperature sensing chipDS18B20.The development cost of the system is in 100 yuan.It has thecharacteristics of high precision,low error,low power consumption,high speed ofdata transmission,high reliability,and easy to expand function,and has certaindevelopment value.Keywords water level monitoring;temperature sample;liquid crystal
