DESIGN OF VOICE PROMPT TEMPERATUREMEASUREMENT SYSTEM BASED ON SINGLE CHIPMICROCOMPUTERAbstract This article introduces a voice prompt temperature measurementsystem based on single chip microcomputer.It uses DS18B20 temperature sensor tocollect ambient temperature.The sensor probe is in a waterproof package and can bedirectly placed in various liquids to measure the target temperature.The design isdisplayed through the LCD1602 liquid crystal,and can also drive the TTS Chinesetext-to-speech module to broadcast the measured temperature.The user can set thealarm threshold through the button module for real-time monitoring of the on-sitetemperature,and drive the buzzer to ring the alarm when the temperature is higherthan the threshold.The design uses STC89C52RC,a classic 51 single chipmicrocomputer of STC,as the main processor of the system.It uses a single bus toconnect the temperature sensor to obtain the on-site temperature value.At the sametime,it builds an LCD1602 liquid crystal to display real-time temperature andthreshold temperature.It is used to trigger the temperature broadcast and set thetemperature threshold,the buzzer circuit is used for high temperature alarm,and theTTS Chinese text-to-speech circuit is used for voice broadcast.Experiments show thatthe voice prompt temperature measurement system based on single chipmicrocomputer designed in this paper can accurately measure the temperature of gasor liquid.The whole system is easy to use and the user interface is friendly.Thetemperature measurement range is-55℃~+l25℃,and the temperaturemeasurement accuracy is 0.5 C.The overall cost is low,and it has thecharacteristics of low power consumption,low error,high acquisition speed,etc.,andcan be applied to various occasions where temperature measurement is required.
