ABSTRACTRadio frequency identification(RFID)is the abbreviation of radio frequencyidentification.The principle of this method is non-contact data communication betweenreader and tag to achieve the purpose of target recognitionThis paper first gives an overview of RFID technology,introduces the structure,working principle,characteristics,application and development trend of RFID technologysystem.Then the application theory and research of the system are analyzed,and thefeasibility analysis and plan demonstration design are carried out.The system is dividedinto three parts:main control system module,RF module and serial communicationmodule.On this basis,this paper is divided into two parts,from the hardware design andsoftware design of RFID system design and implementation.In the hardware design part,the working principle of the device is discussed in detail,and the serial communicationcircuit,RF module circuit and control module circuit are designed.The main controlsystem uses STC89C52 series to expand its basic peripheral circuit.EM4095 is selected asthe RF base station chip in the RF module.The software design details the main programdesign,and explains the design and completion of each subroutine module according to theworkflowKey words:RFID,STC89C52,EM4095
