铜陵学院毕业设计AbstractUltrasonic technology can quickly and accurately measure the thickness of metal andnon-metal materials and pollution-free,so it is very suitable for nondestructive evaluation ofcomposite materials,non-metal,metal and other materials.Its high penetration capability enablesdetection of the interior of a specimen over a wide range of thickness,as well as scanning of theentire specimen volume,especially if only one side of the specimen can be accessed.This paperdesigns an ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument,which is composed of AT89C51microcontroller,HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor,LM016L liquid crystal display,DS18B20temperature sensor and so on.Based on the original ultrasonic thickness measurement,thedesign takes into account the error caused by the temperature change and adopts the temperaturecompensation method.Use LCD screen to display the thickness.If the thickness exceeds thespecified range,a warning will be issued.Key words:ultrasonic thickness measurement;AT89C51;temperature compensation.
