基于单片机的仓储环境检测系统设计摘要:系统以单片机STC89C52RC作为控制处理核心,采用芯片nRF905为无线传输模块,HS1100/HS1101传感器采集湿度信号,同时运用基于单片机AT89C52的温湿度计,设计了一种无线仓储湿度检测仪。经实验测试表明:系统湿度检测范围为10%RH~100%RH:精度达±1%RH,数据无线传输距离200米。设计的系统符合预期要求,可在仓储日常管理、气象、酒厂等不易布线,且需要实时监测湿度参数的场合推广应用。关键词:STC89C52RC单片机:HS1100/HS1101传感器:单片机AT89C52:MAX232通信模块Design of Ware house Environment MonitoringSystem Based on SCMAbstract:The system uses the single chip STC89C52RC as the control processingcore,adopts the chip nRF905 as the wireless transmission module,HS1100 /HS1101sensor collects the humidity signal,and uses the thermometer based on the single chipAT89C52 to design a wireless storage humidity detector.The experimental test showsthat:the system humidity detection range is 10%RH ~100%RH;the accuracy is+1%RH,and the data wireless transmission distance is 200 meters.The designedsystem meets the expected requirements and can be promoted and applied in the dailymanagement of warehouses,weather,wineries,etc.,which are difficult to be wiredand need to monitor humidity parameters in real time.Keywords:STC89C52RC MCU;HS1100 /HS1101 sensor;MCU AT89C52;MAX232 communication module第一章绪论1.1课题背景温湿度是衡量仓库质量的重要指标,为了方便准确地检测温湿度参数显得至关重要。仓库中传统有线监控系统存在线路易老化、布线复杂、线路缠绕,在设备调整时需要重新布线等缺点。尤其是在有毒有害气体、高温湿、高压等环境,数据采集传输极为困难。在这种情况下,无线数据采集的优越性就体现出来,凡是不允许布线或布线繁杂的场合都需通过无线方案来解决。无线数据采集已被广泛的应用到环境监测、国防军事、工农业控制等许多重要领域。本文采用短距离无线元件作为数据传输模块,以STC89C52RC单片机作为主控模块,构建分布式的无线传感器监测网络,来实现对仓库湿度的实时监控。1.2课题研究的目的和意义2
