兰州城市学院AbstractWith the continuous advancement of industrialization,the new working mode dominated by robots hasbecome the mainstream,and the forming of robots must be closely coordinated with various parts,amongwhich the transmission of heavy load positions such as the machine base,shoulder and large arm of robotsbecomes a problem.Therefore,RV transmission has a series of advantages such as large transmissionratio range,small volume,long service life,high efficiency,light weight,stable accuracy,stabletransmission and self-locking function under certain conditions.More and more attention has been paid toit both at home and abroad.This design is the structural design of RV reducer centered on RV drive,in which PROE is used for 3Dmodeling and motion simulation.Through analyzing and comparing the structural characteristics ofvarious RV reducers,the draft is determined.Through three-dimensional modeling and model system,thewhole structural design is completed according to the power transmission design of input power,outputspeed and gear ratio.Finally,the analysis and simulation of the movement of the power transmission partare completed.Keywords:RV drive,RV reducer,motion simulation,assembly,3D modeling
