本科论文AbstractThe rise of e-commerce to promote the development of the logistics industry,logisticsand distribution has become an important way of people's daily delivery of goods,has beenintegrated into people's daily lives,it has become an important part of people's lives.At thesame time,due to the special nature of the surge in traffic and logistics industry,making thecourier company will focus on rapid transport efficiency of logistics,ignoring the expresstransportation quality,leading express delivery company in tracking,and distribution servicesThere are many problems in after-sales service,and the loss and damage of express deliveryoften occur,which greatly affects people's shopping experience.Therefore,fair and objectiveof the courier service system to evaluate,and then propose appropriate improvement measures,can effectively improve the level of service delivery lines,and promote the furtherdevelopment of the courier industry.This design introduces the background and significance of integrated logistics companycourier delivery service evaluation system,combined with the current research status ofdomestic and international distribution services for the evaluation of express distribution,thetheory of analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to elaborate.Then,design the questionnaire based on the actual situation of China's express delivery industry,and determine the evaluation indicators based on the data collected by the questionnaire;based on the analysis of the indicators,the evaluation index system of the express deliveryservice system based on the customer's perspective is established;second,Taking the analysisof the delivery service system of SF Express as an example,the weight of the index isdetermined by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the delivery service system of SFExpress is evaluated using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluationresult is that the service quality is good.Finally,According to the evaluation results,corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed,with a view to improving the servicequality of the express delivery industry and providing guidance and reference.Keywords:Shun Feng;Evaluation index system;analytic hierarchy process;fuzzycomprehensive evaluation
