本科论文关键词:工程机械专用零部件:配送中心选址:模糊综合评测法:层次分析法AbstractIn recent years,with the rapid development of China's parts manufacturing industry,thesales volume of special parts for construction machinery has gradually increased,bringing benefits to major enterprises.Company a is the Construction Machinery Parts Trade Service Co.Ltd.established in this context.This paper will take company A as the research background,through the analysis of its operation mode,to study the development status and future trend of China's construction machinery special parts market at this stage.First of all,it expounds the research status of distribution center location problem at home and abroad,the function and type of distribution center,the principle of distribution center location and the comparison of various location methods,the functional characteristics of distribution center and the causes of special parts distributioncenter of construction machinery.The problem of location of distribution center for special parts of construction machinery is understood as three levels:manufacturer,distribution centerand retail store.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of various location methods are compared in many aspects.Finally,the center of gravity method is used as the initial location method for prediction.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to accurately calculate the data again to produce a more optimized distribution center candidate.Using the advantages of analytic hierarchy process (AHP)to carry out preliminary quantitative calculation,which greatly reduces the difficulty of location selection of Beijing NewDistribution Center for special parts of construction machinery of company a,conducts accurate research on time,transportation volume and transportation cost,determines the data,and reasonably uses the expert scoring method to preliminarily estimate different external factors.Through the accurate data obtained from the quantitative analysis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the preliminary results,and finally the location of Beijing New Parts Center for special parts of construction machinery is selected.This paper greatly reduces the unnecessary time of distribution,changes different transportation modes in different regions,reduces the cost of Midway distribution,improves the efficiency of the new distribution center,and finally makes customers more satisfied.At the same time,the research method of this paper can be used for reference to other industries in the face of similar situation
