本科论文关键词:网点物流:物流网点选址:重心法:层次分析法:模糊综合评价Abstractin recent years,the logistics industry is emerging,such as the well-known best,yto,shentong,sf and soon.These logistics enterprises complement each other in socialdevelopment.It is the golden key to meet the needs of the people.In the context of theburgeoning logistics industry,there are still many problems to be solved urgently.Such asthe logistics industry collective cluster,and not as convenient for people to live,so want toexpand logistics outlets,build.The location of logistics outlets is very important.This paper mainly studies the location problem of logistics business outlets.Firstly,itbriefly describes the research background and significance of the paper,expounds thedefinition principle of site selection and the relevant methods used in site selection,andbriefly introduces the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod,which provides a theoretical basis for the following site selectionevaluation.Based on the express delivery industry in xiqing district,tianjin city,a movingaverage prediction was made for ten local communities.After analyzing the expressquantity of each community,then,by using the center of gravity method,the actual siteselection of T company's outlets is discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for theselection of actual business outlets of T company.So that the company can use the mostefficient way to select the most suitable for the company's logistics operation of the scopeof business outlets,in order to achieve the rationalization of enterprise logisticsoperation.Then AHP software is used for evaluation,and combined with the weightobtained by the software,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is conducted to determine theoptimal site selection.Based on the above arguments,it is determined that the dealer of wanglanzhuangfarmers'market in xiqing district of tianjin is the best site for the company.The design ofthis paper is conducive to improving People's Daily needs,improving logistics efficiency,and reducing logistics costs.Keywords:outlet logistics;location selection of logistics outlets;center of gravity method;
