AbstractChina is not only the fastest growing country in urban road infrastructureconstruction,but also the fastest growing country in traffic demand.Especially inrecent years,the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly,which leads to moreand more serious traffic problems.The traditional method of vehicle management ismore and more difficult to manage.At present,road vehicle monitoring technology is mainly about image or videorecognition.Such illegal video collection technology and electronic cameramonitoring technology have some deficiencies in practical application.Automaticidentification technology provides a good platform for the realization of informationfront vehicle information digitization,vehicle identification automation,intelligentvehicle management,has been gradually applied in railway vehicle automaticidentification,road vehicle identification,container identification,parking and trafficmanagement field.Based on city road vehicle as the research object,through the installation ofRFID electronic label on the vehicle mounted reading device in the city roadintersection and road,automatic recognition of the vehicle through which based onfuzzy control theory and simulation experiment to test its feasibility,if feasible,suchviolations can limit the driver,to achieve control of the vehicle perfect city,roadvehicle monitoring means,make up the existing road monitoring technologyvulnerabilities,enhance the efficiency of city road traffic,so as to reduce trafficcongestion,reduce the delay time of vehicles through the intersection.Keyword:traffic signal lamp;automatic recognition;intelligent;monitoring
