冠心病PCI术后心脏康复护理需求的调查研究

冠心病PCI术后心脏康复护理需求的调查研究以衡水市某医院为例摘要目的：探索经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者心脏康复的护理需求及影响因素，建立科学系统的心脏康复护理体系。方法：选取河北省衡水市某医院2022年1月至2023年5月经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后的病人204例，进行网上问卷调查，了解患者心脏康复护理需求现状，采用中文版心脏康复量表和自制的一般资料调查表对患者进行调查，用百分比描述一般资料：采用Likert5点计分计算心脏康复护理需求内容得分，并用均数士标准差(x士s)对得分进行描述，采用SPSS27.0进行数据分析。结果：共回收问卷204份，有效问卷204份，问卷有效回收率为100%。PCI术后患者心脏康复护理需求平均得分为4.50士0.21分，患者心脏康复信息需求以紧急情况与安全、运动锻炼和体力劳动、心脏基础知识等为主，不同特点的病人对心脏康复护理需求的内容侧重点存在差异。结论：本研究讨论了不同特点的冠心病PCI术后患者对心脏康复护理的不同需求，紧急情况与安全知识、运动锻炼和体力劳动等方面知识位于患者需求前列。医务人员应综合考虑患者的年龄、文化程度、身体素质等现实情况，根据患者自身的心脏康复护理需求，制定具有针对性的康复护理计划。关键词：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病：经皮冠状动脉介入术：心脏康复：护理需求ABSTRACTObjective:To explore the nursing needs and influencing factors of cardiacrehabilitation in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCD),and establisha sound and scientific system of cardiac rehabilitation nursing.Method:204 patientswho underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)in a hospital in HengshuiCity,Hebei Province from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected for an onlinequestionnaire survey to understand the nursing needs of patients for cardiacrehabilitation.The Chinese version of the cardiac rehabilitation scale and a self-madegeneral information questionnaire were used as survey tools,and general informationwas described as percentages;The Likert 5-point scoring system was used to calculatethe score of cardiac rehabilitation nursing needs,and the score was described usingmean standard deviation (x+s).SPSS 27.0 statistical software was used for dataanalysis.Result:A total of 204 questionnaires were collected,including 0 unqualifiedquestionnaires and 204 valid questionnaires,with an effective response rate of 100%The average score for postoperative cardiac rehabilitation nursing needs of PCIpatients is 4.50+0.21 points.The cardiac rehabilitation information needs of patientsare mainly focused on emergency situations and safety,exercise and physical labor,and basic knowledge of the heart.Patients with different characteristics have differentfocuses on the content of cardiac rehabilitation information needs.Conclusion:Thisstudy discusses the different needs of post PCI coronary heart disease patients withdifferent characteristics for cardiac rehabilitation nursing.Knowledge of emergencysituations and safety,exercise and physical labor,basic knowledge of the heart,nutrition,stress or psychological factors are among the top needs of patients.Medicalpersonnel should comprehensively consider the patient's age,educational level,physical fitness,and other practical conditions,and develop targeted health educationand rehabilitation nursing plans based on the patient's own cardiac rehabilitationnursing needs.Key Words Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease;Percutaneous coronaryintervention;Cardiac rehabilitation;Nursing needs目录第1章引言…第2章对象与方法22.1研究对象…22.2研究方法.….22.2.1文献研究法22.2.2问卷调查法,22.2.3统计学方法…3第3章结果43.1PCI术后患者一般信息分析.43.2PCI术后患者心脏康复护理需求的总体情况…53.3PCI术后患者一般信息与心脏康复护理需求的对应情况5第4章讨论4.1P℃I术后患者心脏康复护理需求的总体情况.94.2不同年龄阶段患者对PCI术后心脏康复护理需求的影响因素分析94.3超重或肥胖患者对PCI术后心脏康复护理需求的影响因素
