爆胎汽车动力分析及其影响因素研究摘要随着高速公路建设的飞速发展,公路交通事故频发,其中因汽车轮胎爆胎而导致的事故尤为突出。当汽车轮胎发生爆胎时,因轮胎垂向力以及轮胎特性参数的变化,车辆的动力学特性将产生显著变化,进而引发车辆横摆、侧偏以及侧倾等不稳定现象,造成车辆行驶状态恶化,从而增加交通事故的风险。因此,对爆胎汽车进行动力分析在保全驾驶人员生命财产安全以及道路交通安全等方面意义重大。本文基于爆胎后汽车的动力学变化进行分析,探究爆胎位置以及爆胎前汽车的运动状态等因素对车辆稳态的影响,主要研究内容如下:通过有关爆胎汽车动力变化以及爆胎装置的国内外研究现状分析,结合八自由度车辆模型理论以及Dugoff轮胎模型理论,基于软件Carsim中C级车C-class Hatchback模型所提供的C级车数据,应用MATLABSimulink软件完成C级车整车动力学模型的建立。通过修改轮胎纵向刚度、侧向刚度、有效滚动半径、滚动阻力系数以及车轮垂向力等参数继而实现车辆爆胎动力学模型的建立。基于建立的爆胎动力学模型,分别在直行和转弯两种运动状态下进行不同位置轮胎爆胎的车辆动力学仿真与分析,通过对比车辆横摆角速度以及质心侧偏角变化,探究轮胎爆胎位置和车辆运行状态对于车辆稳定运行的耦合影响。获得了车辆在直行条件下,后轮爆胎对车辆动力变化(横摆角速度峰值为24deg/s,质心侧偏角峰值为34dgs)的影响要远大于前轮爆胎对车辆动力变化(横摆角速度峰值为10.6degs,质心侧偏角峰值3.5deg)的影响。在转弯情况下,左前轮爆胎对车辆动力变化(横摆角速度峰值为12.5deg/s)的影响要大于右前轮爆胎对车辆动力变化(横摆角速度峰值为6.8dg/s)的影响:右后轮爆胎对车辆动力变化(横摆角速度峰值为22dgs)的影响要大于左后轮爆胎对车辆动力变化(横摆角速度峰值为3.8deg/s)的影响等结论。关键词爆胎:车辆动力学;Dugof轮胎模型:Carsim-1-Dynamic analysis of vehicles with flat tires andstudy on its influencing factorsAbstractWith the rapid development of highway construction,highway trafficaccidents occur frequently,especially the accidents caused by automobile tireblowout.When the tire burst occurs,the dynamic characteristics of the vehiclewill change significantly due to the change of the vertical force of the tire andthe characteristic parameters of the tire,which will lead to the instability of thevehicle such as yaw,side tilt and roll,resulting in the deterioration of the drivingstate of the vehicle,thereby increasing the risk of traffic accidents.Therefore,the dynamic analysis of the car with a flat tire is of great significance inprotecting the safety of the driver's life and property and road traffic safety.Based on the analysis of the dynamic changes of the vehicle after the tire burst,this paper explores the influence of factors such as the location of the tire burstand the motion state of the vehicle before the tire burst on the steady state of thevehicle.The main research contents are as follows:Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status of thedynamic change of the vehicle with a flat tire and the flat tire device,combinedwith the eight-degree-of-freedom vehicle model theory and Dugoff tire modeltheory,based on the C-class Hatchback model of C-classC-class in the softwareCarsim,MATLAB-Simulink software is used to build the whole vehicledynamics model of C-class.By modifying the parameters of tire longitudinalstiffness,lateral stiffness,effective rolling radius,rolling resistance coefficientand wheel vertical force,the dynamic mechanics model of vehicle burst was-Ⅱ-established.Based on the established dynamic mechanics model,the vehicledynamics simulation and analysis of the tire burst at different positions werecarried out under the two motion states of straight running and turning,respectively.The coupling effects of the tire burst position and the vehiclerunning state on the stable running of the vehicle were explored by comparingthe vehicle yaw speed and the change of centroid side deflection Angle.It isobtained that the influence o
