基于Fluent软件的加氢站氢气泄漏模拟分析摘要氢气作为一种清洁、无碳的能源载体,其燃烧产物仅为水,对环境无污染,有助于减少温室气体排放,对抗全球气候变化。随着全球能源结构的转型,氢气被视为未来能源体系的重要组成部分,特别是在电力、交通和工业领域,氢能的利用可以促进能源多样化,减少对化石燃料的依赖。氢燃料电池汽车(FCEV)作为新能源汽车的一种,具有加氢快、续航长等优点,是实现交通领域低碳化的重要途径。加氢站作为氢能利用的基础设施,其建设和完善是推动氢燃料电池汽车普及的关键因素,也是氢能经济的基石。氢能作为当代社会发展的新基点的同时也是社会不可忽视的危险因素。氢气作为易燃易爆的气体,加氢站作为存储大量易燃易爆危险品的场所在现实中生活中都有较大的安全隐患。本文运用Fluent仿真模拟软件对加氢站高压氢气泄漏后的扩散过程进行仿真模拟分析。本文模拟了在平顶设计无风条件下加氢站泄漏氢气扩散的过程。在这个基础上本文进一步探究了在无风条件下平顶罩棚和“V”型罩棚两种不同的顶棚设计对氢气扩散的影响,结合模拟结果分析总结出“V”型罩棚比平顶罩棚更有利于氢气的扩散。本文进一步探究了风速对可燃气团分布的影响,通过比较不同风速条件下的可燃气团的分布和气团的流动速度,得出有利于氢气扩散的风速条件。关键词氢气:加氢站:氢气扩散仿真:FluentSimulation Analysis of Hydrogen Leakage atHydrogen Refueling Stations Based on FluentSoftwareAbstractHydrogen,as a clean and carbon-free energy carrier,produces only waterwhen burned,causing no pollution to the environment,and helps reducegreenhouse gas emissions,combating global climate change.With thetransformation of the global energy structure,hydrogen is regarded as animportant component of the future energy system,especially in the fields ofelectricity,transportation,and industry.The utilization of hydrogen energy canpromote energy diversification and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.Hydrogenfuel cell vehicles (FCEVs),as a type of new energy vehicle,have the advantagesof fast hydrogen refueling and long endurance,and are an important way toachieve low carbonization in the transportation field.Hydrogen refuelingstations,as the infrastructure of hydrogen energy utilization,are key factors inpromoting the popularization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and are also thecornerstone of the hydrogen economy.Hydrogen energy,as a new starting pointfor the development of contemporary society,is also an indispensable dangerousfactor that society cannot ignore.Hydrogen,as a flammable and explosive gas,and hydrogen refueling stations,as places where a large amount of flammableand explosive hazardous materials are stored,have a greater safety hazard in reallife.This paper uses the Fluent simulation software to simulate and analyze thediffusion process of high-pressure hydrogen gas leakage at a hydrogen refueling-Ⅱ-station.The simulation was conducted under the condition of a flat-top designwithout wind.Based on this,the paper further investigates the impact of twodifferent canopy designs,the flat-top canopy and the "V"-shaped canopy,on thediffusion of hydrogen gas under windless conditions.By comparing thesimulation results,it is concluded that the "V"-shaped canopy is more conduciveto the diffusion of hydrogen gas than the flat-top canopy.The paper alsoexplores the impact of wind speed on the distribution of flammable gas clouds,and by comparing the distribution and flow speed of the gas clouds underdifferent wind speeds,it is determined the wind speed conditions that arefavorable for the diffusion of hydrogen gas.KeywordsHydrogen,Hydrogen Refueling Station,Hydrogen DiffusionSimulation,Fluent-川-目录摘要Abstract.…Ⅱ第1章绪论1.1课题背景和研究意义11.2国内外研究现状分析21.2.1国内研究现状分析21.2.2国外研究现状41.3论文研究的主要内容4第2章相关基础理论和软件分析.62.1
