本科论文AbstractChina is at a stage of high social and economic development.Petrochemical companiesin large state-owned enterprises play a very important role in promoting social and economicdevelopment.Residue,which is an important part of petroleum,is flammable,explosive andtoxic.Sinopec Company is in a dangerous environment of high temperature and high pressureduring the deep processing of residue oil,which is prone to explosion and gas leakageaccidents,and may also cause casualties,economic losses and environmental pollution.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of the petrochemical plant,it is necessary to identifyand analyze the source of danger at the design stage.Based on the above reasons,the state hasfurther strengthened the safety supervision of the production and processing of hazardouschemicals,and put forward higher requirements for the design of safety facilities forhazardous chemical construction projects.The 100 x 10t/residue deep-processing unit is a petrochemical project constructed byPanjin North Asphalt Fuel Co.,Ltd.in the Panjin Liaobin Economic and TechnologicalDevelopment Zone.Hazardous chemicals are used in the production process and the productis liquefied petroleum.In the production process of the project,there are flammable,explosive,toxic substances and harmful factors.Therefore,this article takes the 100 x 10t/residual oil deep processing combined device as the research object to design and research thesafety equipment.First,the equipment was identified as a source of danger,the main dangerswere pointed out,and on this basis,safety facilities were designed from the perspectives ofaccident prevention,accident control,and reducing and eliminating the impact of the accident.The design of safety facilities has increased the safety level of the 100 x 10t /residue deepprocessing combined unit.Keywords:Residual oil;Dangerous source;Safety facilities
