房地产企业融资问题研究以恒大地产集团有限公司为例摘要房地产企业作为我国资本密集型企业,需要大量的资金支持,以及合理的融资方式和融资渠道。本文从股权融资存在的不足、外部环境原因等各个方面阐述了恒大房地产企业的融资模式,并做出相关建议。一方面有利于防止融资模式单一导致的房地产行业财产裂开风险与由此引发金融系统性风险,另一方面也有利于解决房地产行业企业股权融资窘境,提高企业营运资金,促进恒大房地产身体健康稳定发展。关键词:房地产:融资:恒大地产:优化建议AbstractAs a capital-intensive enterprise in China,real estate enterprises need a lot of financialsupport,as well as reasonable financing methods and financing channels.This paper expoundsthe financing mode of Evergrande real estate enterprises from various aspects such as theshortcomings of equity financing and external environmental reasons,and makes relevantsuggestions.On the one hand,it is conducive to preventing the risk of property cracking in thereal estate industry caused by a single financing model and the financial systemic risk caused byit,and on the other hand,it is also conducive to solving the dilemma of equity financing ofenterprises in the real estate industry,improving the working capital of enterprises,andpromoting the healthy and stable development of Evergrande real estate.Key Words:Real estate;Financing;Evergrande Real Estate;Optimization recommendations
