河北省金融科技发展研究摘要近年来，随着科技的快速发展和互联网技术的广泛普及，金融科技在金融业中的应用场景越来越广：随着金融科技的高速蓬勃发展正越来越大范围影响世界金融市场格局，金融科技的创新进步，对我国经济金融的作用也越来越重要。金融科技的发展已成为各界人士所讨论的热点，它正在收到社会各层面、各行业的广泛关注，国家和地方也先后出台了多项政策与措施，为金融科技在我国的发展给予了充足的鼓舞和切实的支持。虽然河北省在2021年的中国全国内地省市金融竞争力榜上排到第九位，但在发展金融科技的过程中仍存在一些问题和挑战，如：实力有限、人才紧缺。以河北省为例，运用文献分析法和SWOT分析法对河北省金融科技的发展进行了详细的分析，并用SWOT分析法剖析了河北省发展金融科技的优势、劣势、机会以及风险，最后为河北省健康良好的发展金融科技提供了建议。关键词：河北省：金融科技：互联网金融AbstractIn recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology and the widespread of Internet technology,the application of financial technology in the financialindustry more and more widely;With the rapid and vigorous development of financialtechnology is more and more large-scale impact on the world financial market pattern,financial technology innovation and progress,the role of our economy and finance isbecoming more and more important.The development of financial technology hasbecome a hot topic discussed by people from all walks of life.It is receiving extensiveattention from all levels of society and all walks of life,for the development of financialtechnology in our country has given sufficient encouragement and practical support.Although the province ranks ninth in the 2021 list of the financial competitiveness ofmainland Chinese provinces and cities,there are still some problems and challenges indeveloping financial technology,such as limited strength and shortage of talents.Taking Hebei Province as an example,this paper makes a detailed analysis of thedevelopment of financial technology in Hebei Province by using the methods ofliterature analysis and SWOT analysis,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks of developing financial technology in Hebei Province by usingthe SWOT analysis method,finally,the paper provides some suggestions for the healthydevelopment of financial science and technology in Hebei Province.Keywords:Hebei Province:Financial technology:Internet Finance目录1绪论11.1选题背景与选题意义11.1.1选题背景11.1.2选题意义1.2文献评述...21.2.1国外研究现状21.2.2国内研究现状22金融科技发展现状.·42.1金融科技发展现状.....42.2河北省金融科技发展现状53河北省金融科技机构概况....73.1河北金融科技机构数量较少3.2金融科技燃指数报告(2021)4分析河北省金融科技发展现状94.1优势94.2劣势94.3机会104.4风险105完善河北省金融科技发展的建议...·115.1河北省进一步加强金融科技创新能力115.2河北省进一步加强金融科技圈平台建设115.3河北省加强金融科技支持力度115.4河北省加强风险防范116结论......12参考文献13致谢....14青岛黄海学院2022届毕业设计（论文）1绪论1.1选题背景与选题意义1.1.1选题背景随着金融业的不断创新与科学技术的发展，金融科技正在逐步成为全球金融行业的领军者。近些年，金融服务科技领域在我国快速的成长，通过运用各种手段革新传统金融服务领域所供应的商品与服务，提高效率并有效减少经营成本。随着京津冀一体化发展以及雄安新区的建立，河北省的金融业飞速发展，尤其是占据金融业核心地位的金融科技。央行在2019年发布《金融科技规(2019-2021年)》，计划提出截止到2021年要改善中国金融科技发展。并确定了中国发展金融业科学技术工作的指导、原则、主要目标、重要任务和保障措施。并且要求2021年，中国金融业科学技术发展处于全球领先水平。为做好对金融机构创新试验的指导监督，人民银行将支持在全国六个省市（地区)包括河北雄安的范围内，指导地方金融机构与科技企业合作进行创新试验，并探索利用现代技术管理手段，使金融机构在遵纪守法、维护消费者利益的前提下，惠民利企，减少融资难。利于企业防治新冠、复工复产，并努力提升金融服务的实体经营管理水平。目前我国正在推行供给侧结构性改革，河北省的金融业发展也不例外，特别是金融服务。依靠党中央国务院规划发展和其他相关历史机遇，不断加强河北省金融科技的创新与发展，提高经济发展活力与外资吸引力，不断出台相关积极政策，不断推动河北省金融科技实体化发展。进一步提升金融服务市场与国民经济结构的适应性，显著增强了金融服务于实体经济发展的综合实力。1.1.2选题意义在新时代经济模式下，由于科技的不断创新发展金融科技已经成为推动社会经济发展与金融服务体系创新的必要条件。在紧随国家发展的大政方针上，在推动京津冀协同发展的道路上推动河北省经济发展与金融创
