德瑞公司供应链融资风险管理研究

德瑞公司供应链融资风险管理研究摘要在如今经济全球化的大背景下，企业之间的竞争焦点转向更安全稳定并且收益较高的供应链。随着供应链金融的发展，各大商业银行信贷业务开始向供应链领域扩展，并且逐渐发展形成了一种全新的融资模式一一供应链融资。供应链融资方式的出现，克服了传统融资方式给企业带来的流动资金压力，并且有利于供应链上下游企业引入便捷资金。供应链融资虽然相较于传统融资方式有着明显的优点，但是实施供应链融资往往伴随着供应链融资风险，企业对供应链融资风险的认知是否准确、其风险管理系统是否完善是决定其融资效益的关键。本文以邯郸市德瑞公司作为现实案例来进行供应链融资风险管理研究。本文首先对供应链和供应链融资风险的基本概念进行了阐述，并且基于供应链融资风险管理基本流程和供应链融资三大模型，对供应链融资及其风险管理的相关理论进行了解释说明，为之后的对德瑞公司的分析奠定了理论基础。其次，本文分析了德瑞公司两大供应链融资模式，并结合德瑞公司融资实施后对企业销售净利润率和财务费用的影响，进一步分析德瑞公司的融资现状：再次，基于对德瑞公司融资现状和德瑞公司供应链融资风险管理体系的分析，剖析德瑞公司在风险管理方面的不足之处。最后，提出相应的优化措施，以期对德瑞公司实施供应链融资风险管理具有实际参考价值。关键词：供应链；供应链融资；融资风险；风险管理-I-Research on Financing Risk Management of Supply Chain of DeriCompanyAbstractIn the context of today's economic globalization,the focus of competition amongenterprises turns to a more secure,stable and profitable supply chain.With thedevelopment of supply chain finance,the credit business of commercial banks began toexpand to supply chain,and gradually formed a new financing mode --supply chainfinancing.The emergence of supply chain financing mode overcomes the pressure ofworking capital brought by traditional financing mode,and is conducive to the introductionof convenient capital for upstream and downstream enterprises of supply chain.Althoughsupply chain financing has obvious advantages compared with traditional financingmethods,the implementation of supply chain financing is often accompanied by supplychain financing risks.Whether the enterprise's cognition of supply chain financing risks isaccurate and whether its risk management system is perfect is the key to determine itsfinancing benefits.This thesis takes Handan Deri Company as a real case to study supply chain financingrisk management.Firstly this thesis describes the basic concepts of supply chain andsupply chain financing risk,and explains the related theories of supply chain financing andrisk management based on the basic flow of supply chain financing risk management andthe three models of supply chain financing,laying a theoretical foundation for thesubsequent analysis of The Company.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the two supply chainfinancing modes of The Company,and further analyzes the financing status of theCompany in combination with the impact of the financing implementation of the Companyon the net profit margin of sales and financial expenses of the company.Thirdly,based onthe analysis of the financing status quo and supply chain financing risk managementsystem of The Company,the deficiencies of the risk management of the Company areanalyzed.Finally,the corresponding optimization measures are put forward in order tohave practical reference value for the implementation of supply chain financing riskmanagement in The Company.Key Words Supply Chain;Supply Chain Financing;Financing Risk;RiskManagementII-目录摘.Abstract.…一、绪论…1(一)研究背景…(二)研究目的与意义2(三)研究思路与研究内容.…2(四)研究方法与拟创新之处3二、理论基础与研究综述.4(一）相关概念……4(二)理论基础5（三)研究综述.5三、德瑞公司供应链融资风险管理现状…(一)德瑞公司供应链融资现状，.8(二)德瑞公司供应链融资风险管理现状.10四、德瑞公司供应链融资风险管理存在的问题…13(一)缺乏完善的供应链融资风险管理团队….13(二)供应链融
