本科论文AbstractSafety evaluation is an important part in the contemporary safety management system.Itinvolves the application of modern safety system technology and the principles and methodsof safety control theory to screen for,analyze,and predict the dangers caused by engineeringand hazardous factors to the system,and the severity of accident consequences.Accidentprevention can be carried out to reduce the accident rate according to the existence of hazardsand harmful factors in the system.At the same time,the lowest accident rate can be achieved,and the minimum loss and the maximum benefit of safety investment can be obtained.Therefore,the newly built oil depot project in this paper is mainly to construct clean fuel fornew projects.Its raw material characteristics are flammable,explosive,volatile,permeable,and toxic,which are hazardous chemicals.For newly built oil depot projects,safety is theguarantee of everything.Occasional industrial accidents and production safety accidents willcause certain social and international consequences and have a certain impact,and will alsocause unprecedented pressure on enterprises.How to scientifically,effectively,andcomprehensively identify the potential dangers of the newly built oil depot,do a good job ofidentifying potential safety hazards and evaluating new clean fuel projects,and adopt aneffective evaluation method for safety evaluation.Control and preventive measures havebecome one of the important links to prevent accidents.Key words:safety assessment:dangerous and harmful factors;clean fuel;major hazard
