摘要本设计为大润发商场暖通空调设计。该商场位于江苏省南京市,该建筑的总的面积是85392.741m,该建筑地上层数为25层:地下为一层,建筑面积13687.94m2。该商场除了地下停车场,一层商场,二三层超市,四层商场及配套电影院以外还有住宅区,本次设计范围为一至四层商场,超市以及配套电影院的暖通空调设计、冷热源系统设计以及防排烟系统设计。本次设计的主要内容与方法如下:(1)负荷计算:该计算运用天正暖通软件计算和手动计算两种方式,先通过天正暖通软件计算出一个分区的负荷,再通过手动计算的方式对软件计算的结果进行验证。(2)空调系统设计:该建筑功能单一,其中除第四层设有配套电影院外,其余三层均为商场超市,由于地下室无需进行空调系统设计,而地上四层均为人流量较大且面积较大的商场区域,故本次设计全部采用全空气一次回风系统且采用上供上回的方式进行送风。(3)冷热源方案:考虑到建筑负荷较大的问题,对备选冷热源方案进行经济、技术、能耗、环保、噪音大小等方面进行分析,最终确定夏季采用离心式冷水机组,冬季采用锅炉,选取时采用一大两小的选取原则。(4)水系统方案:共设置了一根立管,在水平方向上采用同程式,在竖直方向上采用异程式,冷冻水采用集中输送的方式。关键词:空调系统,冷热源,负荷,暖通空调AbstractThis design is for the HVAC design of RT-Mart Mall.The mall is located in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province,with a total area of 85392.741 square meters and 25 floorsabove ground;There is one underground floor with a building area of 13687.94m2.In addition to the underground parking lot,the first floor shopping mall,thesecond and third floors of supermarkets,the fourth floor shopping mall,andsupporting cinemas,this shopping mall also has residential areas.The scopeof this design includes the HVAC design,cold and heat source system design,and smoke exhaust system design of the first to fourth floor shopping mall,supermarket,and supporting cinemas.The main content and methods of this designare as follows:(1)Load calculation:This calculation uses two methods:Tianzheng HVAC software calculation and manual calculation.Firstly,the loadof a partition is calculated using Tianzheng HVAC software,and then the resultsof the software calculation are verified through manual calculation.(2)Airconditioning system design:The building has a single function,with theexception of a supporting cinema on the fourth floor.The other three floorsare all shopping malls and supermarkets.Since there is no need for airconditioning system design in the basement,and all four floors above groundare shopping malls with large pedestrian flow and area,this design adopts afull air primary return air system and uses an upper supply and upper returnmethod for air supply.(3)Cold and heat source scheme:Considering the issueof high building load,an analysis was conducted on the economic,technical,energy consumption,environmental protection,and noise levels of alternativecold and heat source schemes.The final decision was to use centrifugal chillersin summer and boilers in winter,and the selection principle of one large andtwo small was adopted.(4)Water system plan:A total of one vertical pipe isset up,using the same program in the horizontal direction and different programsin the vertical direction.The frozen water is transported in a centralizedmanner.Keywords:air conditioning system,cold and heat sources,load,HVAC目录绪论1.1前言由于国家经济水平不断提高以及科学技术的发展,人们对于生活环境,工作环境的要求也日益提高。各种建筑物在建造和使用时必须要对建筑物内的环境进行调节,比如对空气质量以及室内温度进行调节。要想创造一个舒适的室内环境,暖通空调是必不可少的,它可以使建筑物更好的为人提供服务。所以,我国对于暖通空调的发展也非常重视,我相信将来暖通空调技术会有更加光明的发展前景。但任何事情都有弊端,而暖通问题恰恰是它的能耗更高,这是我们需要破解的难题,而不符合国家节能减排的发展理念。关键词:暖通空调,发展现状,发展前景1.2暖通空调国内外研究现状1.2.1暖通空调国内研究现状暖通空调的优点:1.可以提高空气质量:暖通空调系统在空气流入房屋之前会将空气中的颗粒,粉尘等污染物过滤出去。这会使空气质
