HCR慧辰公司弹性工作制度研究摘要合理的弹性工作制度安排,体现企业以人为本的管理理念,能够增加企业对人才的吸引力。如何有效的实施弹性工作制度,使其体现管理人性化、运营高效性,是企业需要深入思考的关键问题。本文以HC慧辰公司为调研对象,研究企业实施弹性工作制存在的问题,提出针对性的优化策略,从而提升HCR慧辰公司的人才竞争优势和企业经营效率,并为其它实施弹性工作制度企业提供参考和借鉴。本文首先分析了与本研究相关的工作家庭边界理论、信号理论和资源保存理论,进一步梳理了国内外学者对弹性工作制的相关研究。在此基础上,以HCR慧辰公司为例,通过问卷调查法,根据人口统计学变量从个体感知程度、员工工作态度、员工身心状况及组织协作能力四个方面展开分析,找出HC慧辰公司实施弹性工作制度存在的现有问题,并提出可行的解决方案。调查发现目前HC慧辰公司实施弹性工作制存在以下问题:(1)员工松懈怠工时:(2)员工对弹性工作制的内容认识尚浅:(3)服务和沟通受阻:(4)员工的需求得不到全面的满足。针对HC慧辰公司实施弹性工作制存在的问题,本文结合相关理论和国内外学者在此领域的研究成果提出以下优化策略:(1)完普绩效考核制度:(2)逐步推进制度落实,依照章程实施:(3)构建多维沟通渠道,保证组织协作能力:(4)多维度调研,共同参与制度优化。。希望通过以上优化策略,保障HCR慧辰公司弹性工作制度的稳步实施,构建稳定且有效的组织沟通渠道,从而增加员工工作的幸福感,提升企业运营的效率,提高企业的竞争力。并且将现有的相关理论应用在企业经营实践中,为企业的政策制定提供理论依据,同时丰富理论在实际运用中的内容。关键词:弹性工作制组织协作工作家庭边界理论信号理论资源保存理论ABSTRACTReasonable flexible working system arrangement reflects the people-orientedmanagement concept of the enterprise,which can increase the attraction of the enterprise totalents.How to effectively implement the flexible work system,so that it reflects thehumanization of management,high efficiency of operation,is the key issue that enterprisesneed to think deeply.This paper takes HCR Huichen Company as the research object,studies the problems existing in the implementation of flexible working system inenterprises,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies,so as to improve HCRHuichen Company's talent competitive advantage and enterprise operating efficiency,andprovides reference for other enterprises implementing flexible working system.This paper firstly analyzes the work-family boundary theory,signal theory andresource conservation theory related to this study,and further summarizes the domesticand foreign scholars'research on flexible working system.On this basis,taking HCRHuichen Company as an example,through the questionnaire survey method,according todemographic variables from the individual perception degree,employees'working attitude,employees'physical and mental conditions and organization and cooperation ability toanalyze the existing problems in the implementation of flexible work system in HCRHuichen Company,and put forward feasible solutions.The investigation found that there are the following problems in the implementationof flexible working system in HCR Huichen Company:(1)employees slack off;(2)Employees have little understanding of the content of flexible working system;(3)Serviceand communication disruption;(4)The needs of employees are not fully met.In view of the problems existing in the implementation of flexible working system inHCR Huichen Company,this paper combines relevant theories and domestic and foreignscholars'research results in this field to propose the following optimization strategies:(1)Improve the performance appraisal system;(2)Gradually promote the implementation ofthe system and implement it in accordance with the Articles of Association;(3)Constructmulti-dimensional communication channels to ensure the ability of organization andcooperation;(4)Multidimensional research and joint partic
