本科论文AbstractAmmonia is widely used in many fields such as chemical industry,lightindustry,fertilizer,pharmaceutical,synthetic fiber and so on.The demand for ammonia in Chinais increasing.Due to supply and demand,ammonia production in China has alsoincreased.When storing ammonia gas,it is generally stored in pressurized or cooled liquidammonia gas,and large storage tanks are generally stored at low temperature under normalpressure.Ammonia is a flammable and toxic gas.Once ammonia leaks from a large storagetank,it will have serious consequences.Therefore,the danger control of the liquid ammoniatank is very important.Identifying the hidden dangers of liquid ammonia tanks is an effectivemeans of controlling danger.Early warning of potential hazards and elimination of the rootcauses of insecurity,reducing the occurrence of accidents,reducing the losses caused byaccidents,and protecting the safety of manpower and equipment of liquid ammonia tanks.Thispaper studies the safety evaluation of liquid ammonia tanks.In the research process,givepriority to introduce the background and importance of the research,the domestic andinternational research status and the main ideas of the liquid ammonia tank research.Afterthat,the relevant theory of the safety evaluation of the liquid ammonia tank will beexplained,and the selection of the safety evaluation method of the liquid ammonia tank will beintroduced.The main hazard assessment methods for flammability,explosion,toxicity,etc.areadopted.The assessment procedures and safety assessment calculation formulas areintroduced.The DOW method was used to evaluate the tank area,and it was pointed out thatthe safety evaluation of the liquid ammonia storage area should be calculated from the fireand explosion index,the material coefficient,the fire and explosion index,and the actualexposure area radius.The safety evaluation of the liquid ammonia storage tank area isobtained through the calculation of the area and the area s.The safety evaluation mode andevaluation process of the liquid ammonia storage tank area are analyzed.The evaluationresults are analyzed.Finally,safety countermeasures and recommendations for the liquidammonia storage tank area are given from multiple levels.Key words liquid ammonia storage tank safety evaluation DOW method safetycountermeasures
