扬州市制造业与物流业协同发展研究

摘要我国实现现代化、提升综合国力的重要基础条件在于制造业，而现代国民经济发展的关键在于物流业。随着国家对绿色环保理念的大力推行以及国内各大城市在交通物流方面的不断改革创新，传统制造行业与现代物流业之间逐渐形成了一种相互促进、相互融合的关系。衡量地区现代化水平和经济实力的重要标志之一，是先进制造业与现代物流业之间的协同发展水平。当前，扬州市的制造业和物流业企业规模各异，发展水平不平衡，技术水平有限，再加上错综复杂的发展形势和新冠疫情的影响，呈现出一种错综复杂的局面。因此，实现两个行业的协同发展变得至关重要。本文以扬州市为研究对象，首先对该地区的两大产业现状进行了深入剖析，同时指出了当前所面临的诸多问题。利用耦合协调模型，对扬州市制造业和物流业在2012~2021年间的各项发展数据指标进行量化分析，以探究它们之间的协同发展状况。在过去的十年中，扬州市两业的协同发展呈现出向好的趋势，并且协同度逐渐向优质方向转变，经历了中度失调、轻度失调、濒临失调、勉强协调、初级协调、濒临失调和优质协调七个不同的阶段。再采用熵值法评价多个指标的重要程度，并对其进行权重排序，从而方便后续的分析及精准把握各个变量之间的主次关系。最后针对结果从政府、企业，融合发展三个层面提出促进扬州市两业协同发展的措施建议。关键词：制造业：物流业：扬州市：协同发展AbstractThe important basic condition for China to achieve modernization and enhance itscomprehensive national strength lies in the manufacturing industry,while the key to thedevelopment of the modern national economy lies in the logistics industry.With thevigorous promotion of green environmental protection concepts by the country and thecontinuous reform and innovation of transportation and logistics in major cities in China,a mutually promoting and integrating relationship has gradually formed betweentraditional manufacturing industry and modern logistics industry.One of the importantindicators for measuring the level of modernization and economic strength of a region isthe level of coordinated development between advanced manufacturing and modernlogistics industries.At present,Yangzhou's manufacturing and logistics enterprises havedifferent scales,unbalanced development levels,limited technical level,andcomplicated development situation and the impact of the COVID-19,presenting acomplex situation.Therefore,achieving coordinated development between the twoindustries has become crucial.This article takes Yangzhou City as the research object,and first conducts anin-depth analysis of the current situation of the two major industries in the region,whilepointing out the many problems currently faced.Using a coupling coordination model,quantitative analysis is conducted on various development data indicators of themanufacturing and logistics industries in Yangzhou City from 2012 to 2021 to explorethe synergistic development status between them.In the past decade,the coordinateddevelopment of the two industries in Yangzhou City has shown a positive trend,and thedegree of synergy has gradually shifted towards high-quality direction.It has gonethrough seven different stages:moderate imbalance,mild imbalance,near imbalance,barely coordinated,primary coordinated,near imbalance,and high-quality coordinated.Then,the entropy method is used to evaluate the importance of multiple indicators,andtheir weights are sorted to facilitate subsequent analysis and accurately grasp theprimary and secondary relationships between various variables.Finally,measures andsuggestions are proposed to promote the coordinated development of the two industriesin Yangzhou City from three levels:government,enterprises,and integrateddevelopment.Keywords:manufacturing:Logistics;Yangzhou region;Collaborative development目录第一章绪论.
