居民绿色电力的影响因素研究

居民绿色用电的影响因素研究-以成都居民为例摘要2021年3月，“十四五”规划要求在2030年以前我国碳排放量必须达到峰值，即完成“碳达峰”任务目标；在2060年前实现全国碳排放与碳吸收的平衡，即达到“碳中和”任务目标。我国的碳排放总量中，能源活动产生的二氧化碳排放量占了整个社会碳排放总量的87%。其中电力生产活动产生的碳排放量超过了全社会碳排放总量的40%，因此电力行业成为了实现碳减排目标任务的重要角色。因而发展绿色电力，是我国实现“碳中和”与“碳达峰”的重要方式。本文通过对成都居民进行线上问卷调查回收的数据分析，运用SPSS软件进行单因素ANOVA检验、回归分析等分析方法分析讨论了居民绿色用电的影响因素，结果表明：(1)家人朋友的支持以及绿电的价格是影响成都地区居民绿色用电的主要影响因素：(2)绿电的安全可靠性、居民对环境保护的关注度和绿电的购买渠道在较高程度上影响着其绿色用电水平：(3)绿色电力从理论上来说是促进了消费者用电的。目前，国内外各学者对居民生活用电影响因素的研究已经相当丰富，而且他们分别从不同的研究视角出发，为有效减少碳排放和大气污染等问题出谋划策。但结合现有的学术研究来看，鲜有对居民绿色用电的影响因素的研究文献。本文从绿色电力的角度出发，通过线上问卷调查法来收集成都居民有关绿色用电的数据，以实证的方法来研究分析居民绿色用电的影响因素。并基于回归分析得出的影响因素提出以下四点建议：(1)深入挖掘绿色电力的环境价值，提高消费者和企业的绿电意识：(2)强化电网安全可靠性，维护电力系统安全稳定运行：(3)综合采取强制性收费和补贴政策，对绿色电力产业进行调节：(4)畅通绿电产业链和供应链，助力供给侧和需求侧绿色发展。关键词：“双碳”；绿色电力；SPSS;线性回归Study on the influencing factors ofresidential green Electricity consumption -Acase study of Chengdu residentsAbstract:In March 2021,the "14th Five-Year Plan"requires that China's carbonemissions must reach a peak before 2030,that is,the "carbon peak"goal is completed.To achieve the national carbon emissions and carbon absorption balance before 2060,that is,to achieve the "carbon neutral"task goal.In China's total carbon emissions,carbon dioxide emissions from energy activities account for 87 percent of the totalcarbon emissions of the whole society.Among them,the carbon emissions generatedby power production activities exceed 40%of the total carbon emissions from energyactivities in the whole society,so the power industry has become an important subjectof responsibility for the implementation of carbon reduction targets.Therefore,thedevelopment of green electric power is an important way to realize "carbonneutralization"and "carbon peak".In this paper,through the analysis of the data collected from the onlinequestionnaire survey of Chengdu residents,the SPSS software is used to analyze anddiscuss the influencing factors of residents'green electricity consumption.The resultsshow that:(1)the support of family and friends and the price of green electricity arethe main influencing factors of Chengdu residents'green electricity consumption;(2)The safety and reliability of green electricity,residents'attention to environmentalprotection and green electricity purchase channels affect the level of green electricityconsumption to a high degree;(3)Theoretically,green electricity promotes theconsumption of electricity by consumers.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have been quite rich in the study offactors affecting residential electricity consumption,and they respectively fromdifferent research perspectives,to effectively reduce carbon emissions and airpollution and other issues.However,in combination with the existing academicresearch,there are few research literatures on the influencing factors of residentialgreen electricity consumption.From the perspective of green electricity,this papercollects data about green electricity consumption of Chengdu residents through onlinequestionnaire survey,and studies and anal
