高层房屋建筑工程施工安全风险管理研究摘要目前，中国城镇居民规模日益扩大，在促进城镇经济快速发展的过程中，出现了诸多问题，而“人地冲突”是我国各大城镇城镇化过程中最为突出的问题之一。而随着高层住宅的不断发展，在某种意义上，它的存在对日益加剧的人地冲突起到了一定的作用。然而，由于高层住宅建设的建设，给人们的生活质量和居住环境造成了极大的影响。目前，我国的城市高层住宅建设项目一般都存在着总高度高、层数多、工期长、施工难度大、施工方案复杂等问题，而在这些问题中又不可避免地存在着大量的高层住宅建设项目施工的安全问题，从而引发了严重的安全责任事故。因此，开展我国高层住宅建设中的安全与安全问题的理论与实践，具有重要的理论与现实意义。文章采用了文献法，对选题的背景、选题的意义进行了简单的阐述。在此基础上，本文对我国的城市住宅建设项目进行了全面、系统的论述。接着，本文对高层房屋建筑工程施工中常见的安全事故进行了具体的剖析，并对造成这些安全事故的主要因素进行了深入的剖析，从事故的成因出发，得出了高层住房建筑工程施工安全风险管理中所面临的问题。由于目前我国的高层住房建筑工程施工安全风险管理中所面临的各种问题，所以才会造成了高层住房建筑工程施工中经常出现的安全事故。关键词：高层房屋建筑工程：施工安全：风险管理：对策研究AbstractAt present,the scale of China's urban residents is expanding day by day,and in the processof promoting the rapid development of urban economy,many problems have emerged,and"human-land conflict"is one of the most prominent problems in the process of urbanization ofmajor cities and towns in China.With the continuous development of high-rise housing,in asense,its existence has played a certain role in the increasing human-land conflict.However,dueto the construction of high-rise residential construction,it has a great impact on people's qualityof life and living environment.At present,China's urban high-rise residential constructionprojects generally have problems such as high total height,many floors,long construction period,difficult construction,and complex construction schemes,and in these problems,there areinevitably a large number of safety problems in the construction of high-rise residentialconstruction projects,which has caused serious safety accidents.Therefore,the theory andpractice of safety and safety issues in China's high-rise residential construction have importanttheoretical and practical significance.This paper adopts the literature method to briefly elaborate on the background andsignificance of the topic selection.On this basis,this paper makes a comprehensive andsystematic discussion of urban residential construction projects in China.Then,this paperanalyzes the common safety accidents in the construction of high-rise housing buildings,analyzes the main factors of these safety accidents in depth,and draws out the problems faced inthe safety risk management of high-rise housing construction projects from the causes ofaccidents.Due to the various problems faced in the safety risk management of high-rise housingconstruction projects in China,it will cause frequent safety accidents in the construction ofhigh-rise housing construction projects.Key Words:high-rise housing construction works;construction safety;Risk management;Countermeasureresearch
