往复泵缸内流体运动模拟与分析摘要往复泵在船舶管系中应用广泛,因其具有较强的自吸能力,多用作舱底水泵和油船扫舱泵,因其结构复杂,维修困难,因此采取必要措施避免或减轻往复泵常见故障带来的危害是提高船舶航行经济性的重要手段。本文主要采用ANSYS Fluent仿真软件对含沙水流在往复泵缸内高速流动的过程进行模拟分析,总结流体运动规律,提出针对性的结构优化建议。通过本次课题研究,得到以下结论:(1)在往复泵排出液体的过程中,缸内流体的压力显著增加,会导致往复泵内壁受到的压力提高,在选择材料的时候更应该注意其允许的强度和刚度范围。(2)含沙颗粒流体在往复泵缸内高速流动过程中,会在通过吸入阀后一段距离,以及临近排出阀直角壁面处各形成一组漩涡,直接导致沙粒冲击避免的次数增加,更容易产生磨损。(3)为避免沙粒高频次冲击往复泵缸,使得壁面出现损伤,可以将垂直壁面改为弧面衔接,延长往复泵的使用寿命。关键词:往复泵;动网格技术;故障分析;结构优化-I-往复泵缸内流体运动模拟与分析AbstractReciprocating pump is widely used in ship pipeline system,because it has strongself-priming ability,mostly used as bilge water pump and tanker sweeping pump,because ofits complex structure,difficult maintenance,so take necessary measures to avoid or reducethe harm caused by common failures of reciprocating pump is an important means toimprove the navigation economy of ships.This paper mainly uses ANSYS Fluent simulationsoftware to simulate and analyze the high-speed flow of sand-containing water in thereciprocating pump cylinder,summarize the fluid motion law,and put forward targetedstructural optimization suggestions.Through this subject research,the following conclusionsare obtained:(1)In the process of discharging the liquid of the reciprocating pump,the pressure ofthe fluid in the cylinder increases significantly,which will lead to an increase in the pressureon the inner wall of the reciprocating pump,and more attention should be paid to itsallowable strength and stiffness range when selecting materials.(2)During the high-speed flow of sand-containing particles in the reciprocating pumpcylinder,a set of vortices will be formed at a distance after passing through the suction valveand at the right angle wall near the discharge valve,which directly leads to an increase in thenumber of times sand impact is avoided and is more prone to wear.(3)In order to avoid high-frequency impact of sand particles on the reciprocating pumpcylinder,causing damage to the wall,the vertical wall can be changed to an arc surfaceconnection to extend the service life of the reciprocating pump.Keywords:Reciprocating pump Dynamic grid technology Failure analysisStructural optimizationII往复泵缸内流体运动模拟与分析目录摘要.IAbstract........I概述…。1.1研究背景及意义1.2国内外研究现状21.3本文研究工作.1.31研究内容.…41.32技术路线.41.4本章小结…2往复泵常见故障及产生原因2.1往复泵常见故障.52.4本章小结3模型建立及网格划分.93.1理论模型.93.2往复泵模型建立….93.3网格划分114 Fluent软件参数设置.…134.1设置基本参数134.2选择计算模型134.3离散项设置.144.4设置材料类型.…164.5设置边界条件…a........184.6动网格参数设置184.7初始化与计算求解205结果后处理…225.1结果后处理.22III
