基于杜邦分析法的山西天行煤焦运销有限公司盈利能力分析与对策研究摘要随着现代科技水平的不断提高，企业间的竞争日趋激烈，如何更有效地提高企业的利润率，稳定在行业中的地位，成为企业必须思考的问题。能够保持持续稳定的盈利能力，如今已经成为实现股东财富最大化的最主要的任务。因此，本文根据山西天行公司近三年公布的财务报表进行盈利能力分析和对策研究，还从公司利润水平、利润构成的影响因素等方面进行了分析，提出了解决问题的对策，为该企业以及国内其他煤炭企业的经营和发展提供了参考。本文以山西天行煤焦运销有限公司为例，分析公司的盈力情况。全文共分四部分：第一部分对国内外相关研究进行了综述，第二部分介绍了本文所研究的模型和一些预备知识，理论部分包括盈利能力的内涵，盈利能力作用，以及盈利能力评价指标。第三部分简述山西天行煤焦运销有限公司整体财务状况和盈利能力指标。包括山西天行煤焦运销有限公司简要介绍，近几年公司的整体财务状况，并对公司的稳定性、成长和收现性进行了分析。第四部分析了发现山西天行煤焦运销有限公司盈利存在的问题。第五部分针对山西天行煤焦运销有限公司的问题，为提高其经营获利空间，提出改善建议。主要措施是：优化资本结构、加强企业现金流管理、强化期间费用管控、发挥市场效能等。关键词：盈利能力：杜邦分析法：山西天行煤焦运销有限公司AbstractWith the continuous improvement of modern science and technology,the competitionbetween enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,how to more effectively improve the profitmargin of enterprises and stabilize their position in the industry has become a problem thatenterprises must think about.Maintaining sustained profitability has now become the mostimportant task to maximize shareholder wealth.Therefore,this paper analyzes the profitabilityanalysis and countermeasures according to the financial statements published by ShanxiTianxing Company in the past three years,analyzes the influencing factors of the company'sprofit level and profit composition,and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem,which provides a reference for the operation and development of the enterprise and otherdomestic coal enterprises.This paper takes Shanxi Tianxing Coal and Coke Transportation and Marketing Co.,Ltd.asan example to analyze the company's profitability.The whole paper is divided into four parts:thefirst part reviews the relevant research at home and abroad,the second part introduces the modeland some preliminary knowledge studied in this paper,and the theoretical part includes theconnotation of profitability,the role of profitability,and the profitability evaluation index.Thethird part briefly describes the overall financial position and profitability indicators of ShanxiTianxing Coal and Coke Transportation and Marketing Co.,Ltd.Including Shanxi Tianxing Coaland Coke Transportation and Marketing Co.,Ltd.briefly introduced the company's overallfinancial status in recent years,and analyzed the company's stability,growth and cashiness.Thefourth part analyzes the problems found in the profitability of Shanxi Tianxing Coal and CokeTransportation and Marketing Co.,Ltd.The fifth part is aimed at the problems of ShanxiTianxing Coal and Coke Transportation and Marketing Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward suggestionsfor improvement in order to improve its operating profit margin.The main measures are:optimizing the capital structure,strengthening the cash flow management of enterprises,strengthening the control of expenses during the period,and exerting market efficiency.Key Words:profitability;DuPont analysis;Shanxi Tianxing Coal Coke Distribution Co.,Ltd
