KEY ISSUES AND DEVELOPMENT TREND OFINDUSTRIALIZATION OF HIGH-RISE STEELSTRUCTURE HOUSINGABSTRACTIn recent years,because of its high stability,anti-seismic,waterproof performance andother characteristics,steel structure residential buildings are more and more popular.Thenational urban construction department has established many pilot projects of steel structurehousing in various places,which shows that steel structure housing has become a major trendof the development of the future construction industry.However,there are still manydeficiencies in the construction,promotion and later maintenance of steel structure housing inChina,which restrict its development.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to cultivate theindustrialization of steel structure housing.This paper first expounds the concept of steelstructure housing and housing industrialization,and then puts forward the way of steelstructure housing industrialization in China,that is,to establish the development strategy ofsteel structure housing industrialization with the government as the macro policy guide,theenterprise group as the main body of implementation,and the housing industry demonstrationbase as the carrier.At last,the paper takes the project of Jinan Eiffel Garden as an example toverify the theory and draw a series of problems that need to be paid attention to in theindustrialization of steel structure housing and its future development trend..KEY WORDS:housing industrialization,steel structure housing,enclosure systemI
