基于层次分析法的安装专业招标控制价的影响因素分析

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn order to better play to the tender control price in bidding stage,realize the value of themaximum the use of funds,the standards applicable to the sector and the industrial climate inorder to promote a healthy market economy in the construction sector,our article refer to therelated literature and consulting professionals in related industries such as method,summarized out the important factors that affect installation professional tender control price,Thus,the hierarchical analysis method was added to establish the models used to analyze theimportance of the factors and calculate the factors influencing the accuracy of the institutionsin order to obtain the results of a meaningful analysis.The rationality of the model is verifiedthrough the case analysis of the bidding control price of the installation project of zhuhai santbort kechuang park,and the consistency test.The results show that the level of the compiler isthe main factor affecting the accuracy of bidding price control in the installation profession,followed by project conditions,investment environment and industry system.Therefore,thetenderer should strengthen the regulatory control system for price control offers in these areas,improve the quality of standard price offers and achieve the objective of using standard priceoffers.At this stage,this document already provides a valid theoretical basis and an applicablesystem to support the success of the development process.Keywords:professional installation tender control price analytic hierarchy processinfluence factors
