本科论文AbstractIf China is to realize its dream of becoming an industrial power,it must pay attention tothe development of the manufacturing industry.At present,China is developing towards anindustrialized country.The status of the machinery manufacturing industry in the nationaleconomy is very important.With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturingindustry,there are more and more safety accidents in this industry,and the hidden dangers ofaccidents are increasing.Taking the safety production of Hengrun Ring Forging Co,Ltd.as an example,thispaper analyzes the impact of emergency accidents,reveals the characteristics of emergencyaccidents of Hengrun Ring Forging Co,Ltd.,and constructs an emergency plan systemintegrating risk prevention and control in the production process by identifying the inherentrisks of the company's raw and auxiliary materials storage and transportation,and the mainrisk factors in the production process.This paper first expounds the research background andnecessity of work safety emergency plan,based on the relevant work safety theory,analyzesthe hazard sources of the production units of Hengrun Ring Forging Co,Ltd.,establishes thecomprehensive emergency plan of Hengrun Ring Forging Co,Ltd.for the risk sources,systematically introduces the procedure contents of the comprehensive emergency planresearch,so as to make the comprehensive emergency plan The general principles of the caseare the guiding premise,to determine the organizational structure and responsibilities of thecompany,to carry out risk assessment,early warning,to determine the hierarchicalemergency response,emergency support and later summary of emergency treatment.Takingthe mechanical injury of Hengrun Ring Forging Co,Ltd.as the specific accident classification,this paper studies the special emergency plan of Hengrun Ring Forging Co,Ltd,guidesHengrun Ring Forging Co,Ltd.to formulate standardized regulations for the emergencytreatment of specific accidents.Finally,from the aspects of emergency organizationconstruction,equipment configuration,real-time monitoring,training and drill,and accidentdisposal,a relatively complete emergency response capacity of Hengrun environmentalForging Co,Ltd.is constructed.Keywords:safety in production:source of danger;comprehensive emergency plan study:special emergency plan
