ABSTRACTIn the daily operation of enterprises,the raw materials of products,unfinishedsemi-finished products or unsold finished products are stored in what we usually callinventory,which has strong liquidity and fast liquidity.Can win profits for theenterprise.Therefore,a profit level and internal control level can also be reflectedthrough the enterprise's internal inventory management ability.Effective inventorymanagement can help enterprises gain greater competitiveness in the market.Therefore,to strengthen the management of inventory is very important to thecompany.This paper first expounds the concept and importance of inventorymanagement,taking Juwei Food Co.,Ltd.as an example,through the analysis andstudy of the actual operating conditions of the enterprise,a general description of thecurrent inventory management situation of the enterprise,but also in the process ofinventory management problems were studied,so as to purposefully proposecountermeasures to strengthen the company's inventory management.Key words:Inventory;Management;Marinated products;Business model
