The Design of Logistics Distribution Mode of Dashenlinin Zhongshan[Abstract]With the development of chain operation theory and practice to amore perfect place,more and more enterprises choose this mode.For chain operationenterprises,logistics distribution ability can be said to play a decisive role in thefuture development of chain operation,which can further expand their owncompetitive advantage.Therefore,this paper introduces and analyzes the fourlogistics distribution modes,and pays attention to the logistics distribution ability ofthe chain enterprise,Zhongshan Dashenlin.According to the current operation andlogistics development status of Zhongshan Dashenlin,based on the developmentstrategy of Dashenlin,it analyzes which logistics distribution mode is more suitablefor the development of Dashenlin.First,it applies the moment The matrixdecision-making method makes a simple and rough analysis of Dashenlin,and thenuses the analytic hierarchy process to further verify the existing four logisticsdistribution modes.According to the development of Dashenlin,the correspondingdata are obtained.Through the comparison and calculation of all aspects,according tothe results of data analysis,the most suitable logistics distribution mode of Dashenlinat present is self-supporting distribution.The final conclusion is that theself-supporting distribution mode is more suitable for medium and large-scale chainenterprises,while small-scale enterprises are not.[Keywords]Colloid titration Logistics distribution mode;Chain operation;Analytic hierarchy process
