Research on Location Selection of Chain Store DistributionCenterTaking a bakery in Zhongshan City as an example[Abstract]With the continuous updating of information technology and thecontinuous opening of the Internet economy,China's logistics industry is developingat a rapid rate and is inextricably linked to e-commerce.In this process,as a part ofproduct distribution,the distribution center has a crucial position in the supply chain,and is closely connected with the product circulation cycle,cost,and distributionefficiency.In view of this,this article will mainly take a bakery in Zhongshan as anexample to carry out detailed planning and design of its distribution center.First,byintroducing the background and significance of researching the location of thedistribution center,analyzing the theoretical overview related to it,and using this as abasis for a theoretical explanation of the concept,location and goal of the logisticsdistribution center.The current situation of the site is explained in depth,whichprovides a basis for the writing of this article.Finally,this paper takes a bakery inZhongshan City as an example to discuss the location and influencing factors of itsdistribution center,and analyzes in depth the location of the distribution center,transportation and storage fees,management fees,geographic location,cost,logisticsdemand scale and The influencing factors such as distribution,service scope andmarket positioning adopted the analytic hierarchy process to study the location of thebakery's distribution center,and finally the bakery is Position 5 is the result of theresearch of the distribution center of the bakery chain.[Keywords]Chain store;distribution center location;analytic hierarchy process
