基于SLP的仓库布局优化设计—以中荣印刷集团股份有限公司（中山基地）仓库为例

Warehouse layout optimization research based on SLPmethod-Warehouse of ZRP company in Zhongshan asan Example[Abstract]With the coming of the new retail Era and the rise of network trade,the development and growth of logistics have been directly promoted.Thewarehouse has changed greatly with the development of logistics.For adapting tothe change of market demand,enterprises who want to reduce the distance of goodstransportation and logistics cost,need to optimize and improve the warehouse layout.This paper takes the theoretical knowledge of warehouse layout and system layoutdesign (SLP)as the research basis,the warehouse of ZRP company in Zhongshan asthe research object and the system layout design (SLP)as the research method.Inaddition,the author improves the research method according to the actual situation.Through the full research and analysis of the company,it provides a warehouselayout optimization scheme based on SLP method.Then compare the optimizedlayout scheme with the original one and the conclusion is that the improved schemereduces the logistics intensity by 50%compared with the original layout.Therefore,the company applies the optimized scheme to the actual situation,which make thelayout more reasonable.[Keywords]Warehouse Layout Layout Optimization SLP Method
