Optimization of Subway Self-service Ticketing SystemWindow Based on Flexsim-a case study of Hanxi Changlong Station onGuangzhou Metro Line 3[Abstract]With the development of economic globalization and the progress ofscience and technology,the manual ticketing window of high-speed railway stationand subway station is decreasing,and then the automatic ticketing system is replaced.From traditional manual ticketing to self-selling,it has brought many changes topeople's life and work.Compared with the manual window,the efficiency of theself-service ticket window is improved,which facilitates people's travel demand.Atthe same time,due to the increasing population of first-tier cities and the continuousdevelopment of tourism,the city's public transport system has brought more and morepressure,subway has increasingly become the main means of transportation forpeople to travel.At present,there are two kinds of self-service ticket machines in subway,one isthe self-service ticket machine which only supports the payment of mobile terminalequipment,the other is the ticket machine which supports both RMB and mobileterminal payment.Because of the reaction rate of the two kinds of ticket machines,the time of the ticket is different,and because of the unreasonable setting of theself-service ticket window,it is common to make the waiting team too long to lead tothe congestion of the subway ticket office.On the other hand,low-peak self-serviceticket window in front of the ticket buyers are not many,resulting in a waste ofresources.And for passengers,the unreasonable number of self-service ticketmachines,resulting in the waiting time too long to affect its ride experience.Through the simulation modeling and analysis of Flexsim system,taking theHanxi Changlong Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 3 as an example,the self-service
