S公司出口业务流程优化研究

Research on Optimization of S Company's ExportBusiness Process[Abstract]Enterprise business process is composed of many links,which isunseparated from inter departments coordination and activities convergence.Businessprocess optimization is instrumental in reducing the cost of the enterprise andimproving work efficiency.This paper takes S company's export business process asthe research object,however,urgent situation of back end and direction foroptimization has been found out.It mainly introduces the current situation of Scompany's export business process by flow chart and step descriptions.Combiningwith the system order,production plan,logistics coordination,information andfinancial coordination,finding the direction of the optimized process,adopts 5WIHanalysis,ECRS analysis and modeling to put forward the optimized scheme,andmaking the expected effect on the optimized process.The research result shows thatprocess improvement is benefit for freight saving and process smoothly.This papertends to qualitative analysis,which is insufficient,mainly considering the internalexport business of Europe and America.Due to the common features of the exportbusiness,process improvement it is of significance to improving the marketcompetitiveness of S Company and provides some hints for the export businessprocess of rubber and plastic products industry.[Keywords]Export Business Process Process Analysis Process Improvement
