AbstractWith the rapid development of economy and the development ofInternet,brand image is an important sign that can quickly arouse thememory and association of consumers and promote consumption.Accordingto the data of China Catering Report 2019,in the catering industry of morethan 5 million,snacks and fast food accounted for 44.3%of the number ofstores,and continued to rank first in all catering categories.Snacks as thelargest category of catering industry,the industry is huge,but the problem isthat few consumers can be familiar with snack brands,hard to know by youngpeople.Based on the analysis of the consumers,operation mode and brandcharacteristics of the fried food shop,this paper studies the brand imageredesign,upgrading and reconstruction with Xingge fried food shop as theelement,and then "Xingge fried food shop"improves the visual image ofXingge fried food shop,highlights the brand characteristics,so as to expandconsumers'cognition and brand management.Key word:Snack brand Brand image Redesige
