本科论文abstractWith the continuous development and progress of society,more and more enterprisemanagers and researchers attach importance to safety management.The most important thingfor the continuous implementation of enterprise safety management is the leading role ofsafety leadership.Many scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research onsafety leadership,proving the importance of safety leadership in Enterprise safetymanagement.However,in China,most of the researches on safety management focus toomuch on safety results,and few people study the important responsibilities of safety leaders insafety management.The most important thing of safety management is the management ofleaders.Nowadays,most of the employees of enterprises are only passively abiding by allkinds of safety rules and regulations,not actively participating in the safety managementactions of enterprises.Such results will only make the safety management work half the effort.In order to let employees actively participate in the construction of enterprise safety culture,itneeds the safety management personnel of the enterprise to play a leading role.This paper makes an in-depth study on the leadership quality of safety leaders inenterprises,summarizes the responsibilities of safety leaders,and improves thecomprehensive ability of safety leaders.This paper analyzes the role of safety leadershipquality and responsibility training in the enterprise,strengthens the construction of enterprisesafety culture,enhances the ability of enterprise safety leaders,and enables all employees toactively participate in the construction of enterprise safety culture through the leadership ofsafety leaders.Key words:safety leadership;leadership quality;safety management;safety culture
