本科论文AbstractIn addition to facing the test of market economy,enterprises must pay more attention totheir own benign development,and their safety management system is the cornerstone of theirlong-term development.The scientific safety management system integrates variousdepartments in the enterprise and establishes a safety management network,which lays afoundation for the deepening of safety work.This article is based on safety management and safety observation theory.Through theresearch on the safety problems exposed by the existing large,small and medium-sizedenterprises in the production activities,and contrasting the experience of enterprises inhandling and solving dangerous events,this article explains how safety management Toprevent the occurrence of dangerous events to the greatest extent,how to observe the theoryof safety in the production process through effective communication and intervention toreduce the occurrence of hidden safety hazards.Through our theoretical guidance and the establishment of digital models,enterprisemanagers are made aware of the important role and significance of safety management andsafety observation in enterprise development.Enterprise managers no longer only focus oneconomic benefits,but also focus on the external image and revenue capabilities ofenterprises.They begin to reflect on the importance of safety management for the long-termdevelopment of enterprises and entering a higher stage.Although because of the COVID-19epidemic situation and the limitations of investigation and research,we failed to enableenterprises to establish a complete safety management system in a short period of time,butthe change in the consciousness of business operators is an excellent start.Through the research of this subject,we have more clearly clarified the important roleplayed by safety management and safety observation in enterprise development.Needless tosay,without a mature and complete security management and security observation system,anenterprise cannot realize its vision of growth and development.Key words:safety management;safety observations;security risks;communication andintervention
