北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生课程设计Factory design of annual output of 20000 tons ofpineapple fruit beverageAbstractPineapple beverage is a kind of juice beverage based on the traditional fruit juicebeverage,which is made of low calorie sweetener erythritol and resistant dextrin,andprocessed by washing,cutting,juicing,blending,clarification,sterilization and otherprocesses.In the production process of pineapple beverage,there are some problems,such aslow juice yield,turbid juice and so on.The key of this design innovation is to use pectinase tohydrolyze fruit juice to improve the juice yield and clarity of fruit pulp and improve thesensory quality of the product.In order to achieve the annual of 20000 tons of pineapple beverage,it is necessary torational design the technological process and production area.According to the process tobalance material,select equipment and estimate cost,it is beneficial to reduce the energyconsumption.Keywords:Pineapple beverage;Technology;Factory Design;Economic budget1
