A建筑公司项目成本管理体系优化研究ABSTRACTIn recent years,the increase in the number of construction companies and laborcosts,macroeconomic and real estate market regulation,and project quality risks havealso brought huge challenges to construction companies,and their competition andpressure have increased.How to increase the project profits of construction companiesand increase their profits is one of the methods for construction companies to maintaintheir competitiveness in the more competitive market at this stage.Cost management isthe general term for a series of scientific management activities such as cost accounting,analysis,decision-making and control carried out in the production and operationactivities of enterprises.Cost management can reduce enterprise costs and increaseenterprise profits.Therefore,the quality of cost management is An important indicatorto measure the overall management level of an enterprise.This study will comprehensively use the method of case study,investigation andresearch,etc.,by analyzing the deficiencies of A construction company's costmanagement,find ways to improve,and reasonably control the cost of the project.First,introduce the topic background and research significance of the thesis,the mainresearch content and structure arrangement of the thesis;introduce project costmanagement theory,project cost planning theory and method,and project cost controltheory and method.Next,introduce the current status of the company's project costmanagement system,including:the current status of the organization system,the currentstatus of the company's project cost management process,and the current status of thecompany's project cost management methods,and discuss the existing problems of thecompany's cost management system.Finally,it is the optimization research andguarantee measures of A construction company's project cost management system toensure the smooth implementation of A construction company's project costmanagement system optimization.The research conclusions show that the optimization of the project costmanagement system of A construction company should follow the principle of costminimization,systemic principle,the principle of combining open source and throttling,and the principle of combining responsibility,power and profit.On this basis,establisha project cost management model that combines the four levels of organization system,process,system,and resources.In terms of cost organization system,strengthen
