本科论文AbstractWith the development of the real estate industry and the promotion of interior decorationdesign,the real estate developers apply interior design to the sales field.The sales shop withreal estate business has become an important place for real estate developers to show andnegotiate,and also a necessary place for signing contracts.The operation mode of the realestate sellers also needs to be carried out through the interior design of the sales office.Inview of this situation,this paper takes the interior design of the sales office as the mainresearch object,analyzes the interior design,and studies the future development and renewalmode.However,at present,there are relatively few theoretical researches on the interior designof the sales office in China,although there are more and more design works in recentyears.Based on the development background of real estate industry,this paper analyzes thecurrent situation and problems of the sales office,and summarizes the current situation andproblems of the sales office.layout of indoor functional areas,and makes a detailed analysisof the lighting,color,material quality,soft decoration,green logo and other aspects of theinterior design.On the basis of the above research,this paper studies the renovation and laterrenewal of the sales office.Finally,combined with the interior design scheme,designrequirements and space creativity,the paper makes a detailed analysis of the projects involvedin the design and puts forward its own suggestions.Key words:Interior Design of sales office;design examples;development;transformation
