AbstractDrug safety is a major issue relevant to the health of patients and eventhe safety of life.However,safety problems caused by drug delivery errorsoften occur at home and abroad.As a common clinical treatment,intravenoustherapy has direct and rapid curative effect.Intravenous drug preparation,mainly by the medical staff manual configuration is complete,and in theprocess of drug configuration need by pharmacy personnel many times tocheck the information such as name of drugs,dosage,save time,in this kindof high precision and need to spend a lot of time of the inspection work,it iseasy to appear cracks on the medicine information;Once mistakes occur,patients will be injected with the wrong drugs,will cause a series of seriousproblems,will cause great harm to the patient,the patient's family and eventhe whole society.Therefore,the accuracy and security of intravenous are thefocus of drug safety research.RFID electronic tag identification technology is a kind of technologywith anti-counterfeiting ability,not easy to damage,strong sustainable useability,can also be used to confirm the drop bottle information,to furtherensure the safety of the patient medication.Therefore,in order to meet therequirements of intravenous infusion on the accuracy and safety of drugadministration,this paper combines WIFI module and RFID module torealize the patient drop matching system that automatically verifies the dripbottle information and patient information.The system USES arduino as thecore chip to realize the intelligence and precision of intravenous fluidinfusion configuration,ensure the stability of infusion treatment process,improve the quality of infusion link,and facilitate the mobile management ofpatient infusion information.The experimental results show that the RFIDidentification technology combined with WiFi technology greatly improvesthe accuracy of information identification and real-time informationtransmission,and has great advantages in durability and reusability.Key words:Patient medication safety;Drip information matching;arduino
