TitleDesign of driving and lifting pump system in sewage treatment plantAbstractAt present,many water-scarce cities and regions have no new sources of water available forexploitation.The recovery and reuse of sewage has become one of the effective measures tosolve water shortages.The PLC controller is widely used in industrial control due to its maturetechnology,good versatility,high reliability,and convenient expansion.Therefore,the designof a PLC-based sewage treatment system has a profound practical significance.The mainpurpose of the PLC-based sewage treatment plant driving and lifting pump system is to realizethe manual and automatic control of the lifting pump of the pumping station in the sewagetreatment plant,and the driving control of the backflow pump of the waterfall pool.Thesystem has designed four pumps,three work,and one standby,which can realize remotemanual,remote liquid level start and stop and control.The submersible sewage pump can startand stop according to the height of the liquid level in the water collection well.The height ofthe liquid level is detected by the liquid level sensor to control the start and stop of the pumpmotor.At the same time,the PH meter of the sewage is measured by the PH meter to controlthe stoppage of the lift pump when the PH is too low or too high,and the linkage with the PHvalue in the automatic process is realized.Keywords sewage treatment Lifting pump PLC
