AbstractWith the deepening reform of construction management,construction projectmanagement more and more attention has been paid,the level of management tobecome the first element restricting business survival and development,and quality,schedule,cost control is one of the most important management points.In this paper,the Northwest Electrical Workers College 1 teaching buildingconstruction project as an example,the actual situation,for each part of the projectconstruction scheme of the project detailed design.Apply basic theoretical knowledgeprogress control,from the perspective of project manager,project preparation fromstart to completion and acceptance of the whole process of planning and designprogress,and propose specific measures to ensure the progress of the implementationof the plan according to the actual situation;quality and security,to develop a rigoroustechnical,organizational measures for construction projects frequently askedquestions,key issues in the planning,the establishment of appropriate managementorganization to ensure the quality and safety plans are well implemented.Keywords:construction project management;schedule planning;quality planning;cost planning
