某三甲医院护生自主学习准备度及自我效能的调查分析毛彩风Investigation and analysis of the readiness and self-efficacy ofself-study of nursing students in a top three hospita.[Abstract]Objective to explore the status quo of self-study readiness and self-efficacyof nursing interns in Guangzhou,analyze the influencing factors,and provide suggestionsfor future clinical nursing teaching.Methods from June 2019 to March 2020,163 nursingstudents in a top three hospital in Guangzhou were investigated with general situation,self-efficacy scale and self-study preparation scale.Results the average self-studyreadiness of nursing students was (135.52 20.50).The interest in nursing major,homelocation,education background,and whether the career had been planned had an effect onthe self-study readiness of nursing students (P 0.05).Conclusion the self-studyreadiness of nursing undergraduates is relatively low.In clinical teaching,we can improvethe self-study readiness and self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates by strengthening theeducation of nursing professional values,improving the teaching plan and strengthening theeducation of professional planning[Key words]preparation for autonomous learning;nursing students;self-efficacy
