AbstractIn order to explore the relationship among college students'self-concept,self-efficacyand employment pressure,this study collected 208 valid questionnaires from Zhuhai collegestudents of Beijing university of science and technology through online questionnaire survey,and conducted a series of analysis on the questionnaire data through spss,such as sampledescriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The following conclusionswere drawn:self-concept has significant positive impact on self-efficacy;Self-concept has asignificant negative impact on employment pressure.Self-efficacy has a significant negativeimpact on employment pressure.Self-efficacy plays a part in mediating between self-conceptand employment pressure.Keywords:self-concept;self-efficacy;employment pressure◇
