广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）AbstractWith the development of all aspects of China,the speed of economicdevelopment and the level of scientific development in China are constantlyimproving,while the standard of living of people is also rapidly improving,Compared to more than ten years,the total number of private cars in Chinesefamilies has doubled several times.The popularity of private cars has brought usmany conveniences and many traffic problems,Among which the mostimportant is the difficulty of the parking lot.To solve the headaches of the city,both the parking lot managers and the majority of car users need a safe,reliable,fast and comfortable park management.Compared to the traditional manualrecords,the park management is time-saving,labor-saving,reliable,efficientand cost-saving.The Parking Management System is a number of main functions,including:vehicle approval and approval,vehicle parking fees,display and modification ofthe parking space,vehicle access protocols,etc.This system uses JSP,bootstrap,Tkinter,opencv,MySQL 5.5,Tomcat 6 and other technologies,which canbasically complete the daily management of a parking lot.The functions include:the login function of the administrator,the function of identifying the licenseplate,model and color of the vehicle in the camera,the function of displayingthe parking space in real time,the function of modifying the vehicle informationin the parking lot,and the function of deleting the vehicle information in theparking lot.This paper will show this system from the process of development,according to the method of software engineering,from feasibility analysis,requirement analysis,overall design,detailed design,implementation andtesting.Key words:Parking Management JSP Bootstrap Tkinter Opencv MySQL Tomc
