小区物业管理系统的设计与实现

AbstractIn daily life,more and more people like to buy commercial housingin their own lives,which greatly increases the difficulty and demand ofproperty management.With a large amount,the management will becomemore and more strenuous,so the need for computer intelligentmanagement of the property also arises.In this paper,the design of theproperty management system of this community is explained.Accordingto the requirements of software engineering,human-computer interactionis performed on this system to realize basic management of payment,complaints and other basic owners.The data is stored and managed,andthe statistics can be effectively followed up.The text will split thedescription of the system to let readers understand the basicimplementation process of each module.Keywords:Residential property managementhuman-computer interaction database
